PCS Hebrew School

The PCS Hebrew School is for students in Kindergarten - 7th grade. All students meet in person at PCS on Sunday mornings from 9 - 11 am, from September through May each year.

Students engage in learning through songs/prayers, classroom collaboration, creative play and project-based learning. They delve into the subjects of Jewish holidays, Torah stories, Jewish history & Israel; all under the umbrella of embedding Jewish Values into their daily lives — and having fun!

Our 3rd - 6th grade students also receive private Hebrew sessions each week, to strengthen their Hebrew language knowledge and comprehension.

7th graders begin private tutoring for their Bar/Bat Mitzvah 9 months - 1 year prior to their date, with PCS’s own Ed Sperling (a founding member of PCS!).
